SATCOM Engineer, Senior

We need an experienced network engineer to develop and maintain SATCOM systems for the DoD, requiring a combination of technical skill and careful planning. The successful candidate will use their knowledge of equipment and configurations to optimize client operations and modernize their networks.

Requirements

• Experience in all aspects of transmission, including modulation and coding, link budgets, radio frequency equipment, antennas, waveforms, blockage mitigation, and algorithms or protocols
• Experience with supporting analysis of system performance, throughput, and response time, analysis of operational requirements, and system loading
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex SATCOM system issues
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with tactical SATCOM integration engineering functions, or 10+ years of experience with tactical SATCOM integration engineering functions in lieu of a degree
