Training Coordinator

As a trainer coordinator, you'll provide in-person instruction coordination for our client, using technical expertise, training coordination skills, and industry knowledge to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. You'll also be responsible for managing and enabling client delivery of valuable training to the warfighter, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training techniques
• Knowledge of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations
• Knowledge of geospatial analytical tools such as ESRI ArcGIS to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an Education, Instructional Design, or Intelligence Studies field, or 5+ years of experience in training and curriculum development in lieu of a degree
