Requirements
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Penetrate and grow current and prospect medium opportunity accounts
- Meet and exceed daily outreach expectations
- Identify targeted opportunities
- Prospect, validate, and convert new opportunity prospects
- Understand customer business objectives and translate into a company differentiated advantage
- Keep current with company offerings, value advantage, and competitive landscape
- Ensure quality customer support
- Provide customers with timely follow-up on technical inquiries and requests
- Input TCCM cost savings documentation
- Direct the use of marketing tools, technical specialists, and company capabilities/services
- Coordinate sales strategies with preferred vendors
- Actively manage and direct company sales and support resources
- Participate in and advise sales management on the implementation and success of marketing plans and strategies
- Provide input to other sales and marketing staff on customer needs and concerns
- Provide strategic input to the pricing and purchasing departments
