Group Expert - Digitalization role responsible for shaping, governing, and evolving digital solutions and their integrations within the produce to supply domain, with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT roles within international matrix organizations.
• Strong technical expertise combined with solid business acumen in relevant domains.
• Deep understanding of enterprise, solution, and domain architecture concepts.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented thinking.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
