Job Description
We are seeking a driven and safety-conscious HSE Manager to develop strategies, policies, and procedures that meet legal requirements in our locations in Kallo and Antwerp. As a leader, you will contribute to a forward-looking, strong HSE culture and lead a team of 8 HSE specialists.
Requirements
- Master's degree with at least ten years of experience in the chemical industry
- Five years of experience in an HSE function
- Strong background in process chemistry and process safety
- Incident investigations, audits, and HSE systems experience
- Leadership and team management experience
