Job Description
The Sr. Group Expert – Enterprise Architecture role is a senior, enterprise-wide leadership position that requires significant influence on the company's digital direction. The role involves leading a team of architects, fostering a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and IT Architecture from different domain
- Comprehensive Domain Expertise: Application Development, Infrastructure, Data Analytics, Security adept at designing holistic architectural strategies that enable scalability, resilience, and business growth.
- IT Leadership Excellence: Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions that align with business objectives and accelerate innovation
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of architectural modelling and modern digital ecosystems (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, API, SOA).
