Production Planner will develop and maintain production schedules, manage inventory, and participate in Sales & Operations Planning meetings to align production plans with sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational changes.
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP.
- Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) or demand planning tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Just-in-Time, Kanban).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards, GMP)
