Job Description
BorgWarner is seeking a Validation Engineer to manage validation processes for test systems in automotive power electronics and drive validation execution. The role involves overseeing customer test requirements, analyzing requirements and test data, and ensuring timely test report delivery.
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience in testing, preferably in validation within the automotive or related industry
- Familiarity with test equipment: DMM, ARB, Power Supply, oscilloscopes, generators, and etc.
- Proven ability to identify and solve complex engineering problems
- Project management (test equipment’s / facilities) skills / experience
- Experienced in Excel VBA macro development
- A strong working knowledge of computers, MS Office applications, and a drawing package such as Visio, Circad or etc.
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English is required. German/French would be an advantage
