Building Automation Systems Specialist Level II (BAS)

System Specialist II is responsible for developing control system databases, graphics, and programming in accordance with project specifications and design requirements. This role supports system start‐up and commissioning through point‐to‐point checkout, alarm and sequence verification, issue resolution, and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Two year technical degree in HVAC or Electronics related studies preferred
• 2+ years of programming experience with Building Automation
• An understanding of computer operating systems including MS Office Suite of products
• The ability to configure and debug computer and networking problems
• N4 Certification
