Requirements

• BE / BTech (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation)
• 5-10 years in Manufacturing/ Automobile/Production/Service Industry.
• Hands-on working and troubleshooting on SPM, CNC, VMC, Grinding, Moulding, Cleaning, Assembly, Testing, Instrumentation & calibration, process, etc.
• Advance knowledge and understanding of Machine elements and control systems (Fanuc /Siemens /Rexroth / OPCON / Robotics).
• Advance knowledge on electrical and mechanical safety.
• Advance knowledge on lean principles, IATF standards
• Advance knowledge in Diagnosis & Trouble shooting skills of machine elements
• Advance knowledge in Root cause identification & correctives Actions, Machine & gauge capability
