The Sr. Engineer-Process Planner will translate deployed strategy, business objectives, requirements from customers, stakeholders, as well as standards and regulatory requirements into technical inputs to establish a value stream capable of fulfilling needs of customer and stakeholder expectations, conforming to standards & guidelines as well as continuously enhancing value stream efficiency & effectiveness and achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical / Industrial production)
• 1+ years in Auto component / Auto ancillary manufacturing industry
• 1+ years of experience in managing unionized/non-unionized/temporary workforce
• Competent knowledge of the manufacturing process and MAE, assembly & testing techniques, measuring & testing equipment
• Competent knowledge in IE techniques, GD&T
• Advanced knowledge in Statutory, Organization Regulations, Product liability, Compliance & Risk Management
• Advance knowledge in Project management, Production monitoring system ( MES, MAS, i4.0 solutions )
• Advance knowledge in Data analytics & Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
• Competent in the use of AIAG Core tools - PFMEA, Control Plan, WI, Engineering change management
• Competent in Statistical evaluation tools & Problem Solving - Shainin, 8D
• Basic skill in operating key machines & test equipment
• Competent in lean manufacturing techniques (Bosch Production system) Standards - Basics, LBP, LLB, PGL, LLD
• Advance skill in Agile Methodology
• Advance skills in using myMeasure (Bosch internal tools)
