Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Service Representative to achieve optimal customer satisfaction by creating offers and converting them into projects and Service & Maintenance contracts. This role is part of a new integrated company structure and requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Electrical Engineering, knowledge of building-related technologies, and strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of building-related technologies (safety, security, building automation, monitoring)
- Insight into design methods, project techniques and systems
- Experience with cost calculations
- Basic knowledge of contract law, tendering and relevant regulations
- Commercially-oriented, accurate and organically strong
- Flexible, proactive and initiative-driven
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Able to work independently within boundaries
