Reliance is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to build on the reliability of the future. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will set the standard for how we recruit, select and onboard. You will be the face of Reliance to the market, the critical mirror for hiring managers and the builder of a powerful candidate experience and employer brand.
Requirements
- End-to-end responsibility for various vacancies within Reliance
- Conduct intake interviews to get a sharp view of the role, requirements and success criteria
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools and networks
- Screen, interview and select candidates on quality, cultural fit and potential
- Monitor the recruitment process: communication, expectations, processing times
- Advise and coach hiring managers in selection, interview techniques and market information
- Contribute to employer branding with Marketing
- Set up and maintain talent pools for scarce technical profiles
- Use recruitment data to improve performance and optimize processes
- Initiate campus recruitment initiatives: collaborate with universities and colleges, give guest lectures and build young talent pools for future inflow
- Coordinate handover to onboarding coordination and ensure a strong first impression of Reliance
