As a Managed Services Engineer at Reliance, you will be responsible for resolving incidents, managing environments, and ensuring customers can rely on their IT. You will work in a skilled team to provide stable, secure, and future-proof environments for customers who value personal attention and technical depth.
Requirements
- Completed MBO-4 education or higher in the direction of ICT
- Substantial experience as a system administrator, support engineer, or managed services engineer
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft Defender for Business, Lighthouse, Endpoint Manager, Datto, PatchMyPC, or Autotask is an advantage
