Job Description
Head of HRBP will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive people's decisions impacting cost structure, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Lead annual and quarterly MPP cycles aligned with financial targets.
- Monitor HC budget vs. actuals and drive manpower efficiency.
- Review and optimize structures, spans, and role clarity.
- Ensure alignment with grading and job evaluation framework.
- Translate business growth into hiring plans while ensure hiring Talents who are culture fit.
- Ensure adherence to budget, capability, and timeline targets.
- Lead calibration cycles and ensure alignment between KPIs and business outcomes.
- Promote accountability and productivity focus.
- Partner with leaders to maintain high engagement and retention.
- Support change and restructuring initiatives.
