Responsible for the Hub infrastructure, financial management, and operational flow process through effective line management to guarantee distributing and dispatching packages with the proper timing. Ensures the highest standard of operation procedures and smooth running of the hub.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping or e-commerce field
• Good English Level
• Experience in leading and supervising a team
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Time management and multi-tasking
