Part-Time Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned projects, source candidates, screen and filter applications, conduct phone screenings and HR interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and filter applications based on job requirements
• Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews
• Coordinate and align with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Organize and participate in open days and mass hiring events
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
