As a Retail Coordinator, you will receive shipments from customers, verify shipment details, and coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation. You will also handle customer interactions and maintain a clean and organized shipment handling area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
• Familiarity with our industry
• Experience using the help desk and support tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
