Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Coordinator to join our team in Sohag, Egypt. As a Retail Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, verifying shipment details, and coordinating with SuperJet drivers. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor's degree or high school diploma, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using the help desk and support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
