Retail Supervisor ( Alexandria )

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to receive shipments, verify shipment details, and coordinate with drivers regarding trip schedules. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus
• Experience using the help desk and support tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Multi-tasking abilities
