Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Production Supervisor to join the Operations leadership team to drive the manufacturing of our Stretch and Off-Robot Systems product lines. This role requires leadership and team development, safety ownership, daily operations management, cross-functional collaboration, cost and continuous improvement, and systems and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop a production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Own the development, maintenance, and implementation of skills matrices and training plans for the team.
- Act as a leadership pipeline developer, preparing technicians and leads for promotion to meet the organization’s future staffing needs.
- Manage production flow, resource allocation, and execution against the production schedule for Stretch and ORS.
- Work closely with Production Planners and Controllers to align material availability with production execution.
