Job Description
As a Staff Field Application Engineer, you will spearhead the delivery of our Enterprise Robotics Integration Program model for Boston Dynamics' most high-value, strategic accounts. You will merge deep technical expertise with a business-centric Go-To-Market strategy to design, integrate, and scale robotic solutions across global multi-site enterprises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree, in fast-paced technology integration, robotics, or complex systems engineering environment.
- Proven track record of overseeing high-complexity technical deployments and managing the intersection of hardware, software, and operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to engineering teams, operators, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and impact.
- Ability to leverage CAD for site planning, navigate enterprise networking (VLANs/VPNs) during setup, and utilize Python or C++ APIs to customize robotic solutions and collaborate with technical stakeholders.
