We are looking for a highly driven Staff Technical Program Manager to support complex robotics development programs within Prototype Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing operations, hardware engineering operations, or related technical environments
- Experience leading cross-functional programs in hardware, robotics, aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, or other complex electromechanical systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and hardware development processes, especially during prototype, NPI, and low-volume production phases.
- Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities
- Proven ability to influence across organizations without direct authority
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, track interdependencies, and align stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills; thrives under pressure and adapts quickly.
- Hands-on mindset and comfortable working closely with technicians, engineers, and supply chain roles.
