Staff Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer at Boston Dynamics, you will work with the Customer Learning & Development team to support training events and deliver technical subject matter to various audiences. You will be responsible for conducting training, designing training content, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective training content.

Requirements

• Experience as a trainer or teacher with demonstrated success communicating complex technical subject matter to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to curate curriculum for supporting Instructor led training programs.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, be a self-motivator with a passion for innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Practical hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems, enterprise network environments and familiarity with Linux command line interface as well as Python or similar coding languages.
