Job Description
The Financial Equity Coordinator will oversee the implementation of RMM's fiscal equity program in rural New York, working with the New York Episcopal Federal Credit Union to provide financial literacy educational programs and support for RMM's cooperatives.
Requirements

- Experience in working with community development finance institutions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Well-organized and committed to systems and details
- Experience in public speaking and storytelling
- Willingness to travel across New York State
- Strong written skills
