The Applications Analyst II is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies, identifying opportunities to apply technologies to business processes, and developing and maintaining credibility and effective working relations with customer management and IT personnel.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience). Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Sunquest lab experience required
- At least 2 + years relevant experience in either business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT involvement
- Epic Analyst certification program completion within 6 weeks of taking the last class for the supported application
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the assigned business area's products and processes
- Understanding of project management concepts and business unit experience
