Clinical Social Work-LCSW, 24 Hours (Days / Weekends)

The Clinical Social Work-LCSW position utilizes clinical social work techniques and theory to assess and intervene with high-risk patients and their families regarding emotional and social problems. The role includes conducting psychosocial assessments, making diagnoses, and implementing treatments, as well as consulting with various agencies and professionals. The position requires a strong understanding of social work process, community resources, and agencies in relation to health, illness, and disability.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Social Work
• Massachusetts Licensed Certified Social Worker (or obtained within six months of employment)
• 1-2 years on-the-job training in Social Work process and community resources
• Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
