Job Description
Boston Medical Center is seeking an EHR Facilitator to provide training support for the eMerge electronic medical record implementation. The EHR Facilitator will educate and train super users and end users, and maintain a clear knowledge of the Epic application and associated workflows.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program
- Healthcare and/or Epic experience preferred
- Superior verbal/written English communication skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsers
- Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment
- Prior experience with instructor-led classroom training and/or Epic preferred
