Job Description
Boston Medical Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a Department Chair, Executive Director or Vice President and other department senior leaders. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in office administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration
- High proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Project management, data management, policy research, non-profit fundraising, or related experience
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines and schedules
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
