Job Description
Customer service liaison for the first impression of the medical center, responsible for obtaining patient information, insurance data, and regulatory documents, and ensuring accurate registration and billing. Works closely with scheduling, precertification, and other hospital departments to facilitate patient care. Provides superior customer service and maintains confidentiality.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or G.E.D.
- 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Medical terminology and registration/check-in experience
- Insurance knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
