Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of longitudinal professional development programs for faculty across Boston Medical Center and Boston University Medical Campus. This role will partner with faculty leaders to develop curriculum, facilitate program delivery, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, master's preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
• Experience in a non-profit, healthcare, and/or academic setting a plus
