Senior Director, Supply Chain, Pharmacy

The Senior Director, Supply Chain, Pharmacy will oversee and lead the pharmacy supply chain team and overall strategy and operations for $900M P&L, including the federal 340b program and specialty pharmacy contracts.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Valid license as a pharmacist in the State of Massachusetts by the hire date.
• Ten to fifteen years of experience in hospital pharmacy management required.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership for change skills, promotes collaboration across multidisciplinary services, demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates strategic planning and ability to negotiate contracts, demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skill, demonstrates a proved track record for developing and managing people
