Boston Neurobehavioral Associates is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join their team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric care to patients of all ages. The role involves providing psychotherapy, behavior therapy, and counseling services, as well as developing treatment plans and collaborating with other providers.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility
• Licensure in Massachusetts
• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field
• Strong case conceptualization skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients
