As a regional sales manager in our Rhythm Solutions division, you will lead a talented team across multiple territories to drive sales of innovative therapies, including the WatchmanTM Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) device, Electrophysiology (EP), and Access Solutions. The role empowers you to make a measurable difference—both in patients' lives and in the strategic direction of your region.
Requirements
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals across the Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions portfolios
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team, including sales representatives and clinical/therapy awareness specialists
- Monitor sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets
- Provide ongoing education and tools to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge, competitive positioning, and industry trends
- Support key account growth, partnering with economic buyers and clinical stakeholders to drive adoption and utilization
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and value-based selling solutions tailored to customer needs
- Model effective selling techniques, coach in the field, and reinforce a disciplined sales approach across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales ops, and finance to align regional activities with national strategy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and CRM systems
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across your region
- Represent Boston Scientific at customer meetings, industry events, and educational forums to strengthen relationships and market presence
