Job Description
This Regional Sales Manager role within the Rhythm Management division in Southern Spain (and AndalucĂa) focuses on driving the success of Boston Scientific’s EP portfolio. The role involves leading a team of Account Managers and Field Clinical Specialists, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include sales strategy, leadership, market penetration, and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management within the medical technology or healthcare sector.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Deep understanding of the MedTech environment, capital equipment sales, and regional healthcare systems.
