As a territory manager in Boston Scientific's Rhythm Solutions division, you will be responsible for driving sales of the WatchmanTM Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) device, a groundbreaking alternative to long-term anticoagulation therapy for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
Requirements
- Drive sales performance by executing territory sales strategies and meeting or exceeding revenue and unit growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Build strong relationships through frequent customer visits, therapy awareness activities, and engagement with physicians and referral networks
- Develop account strategies by analyzing customer needs, competitive positioning, and market trends in collaboration with your regional sales manager
- Support implant procedures clinically to understand physician preferences and ensure positive patient outcomes
- Lead product education efforts, including in-services, product demos, and tailored presentations to hospital staff and clinicians
- Develop pricing proposals in partnership with internal stakeholders that align with customer needs and company policy
- Respond to customer feedback by identifying and implementing feasible, value-based solutions
- Expand access within hospital systems by identifying decision-makers and building new contacts across departments
- Demonstrate strong clinical and technical aptitude with deep understanding of Watchman device usage and procedural dynamics
