Category Manager responsible for identifying, developing, and managing suppliers in the Asia Region for Plastics, Resin, and Chemicals Categories.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
- Conduct supplier benchmarking to identify best-in-class opportunities
- Negotiate terms and conditions with selected suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cost reduction initiatives
- Assess supply chain resiliency and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide strategic influence and foster collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
