Machine Operator II - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Machine Operator II to join our team in Arden Hills, MN. As a Machine Operator II, you will be responsible for building quality products by following processes to meet all production goals, supporting troubleshooting tasks on equipment, and maintaining accurate records. You will work in a team environment and be required to adhere to safety policies and practices, quality standards, and manufacturing process requirements.

Requirements

• 2 years of related experience
• High School Degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Proficient in the interpretation of quality specifications via SPC
• Ability to set-up equipment to meet process specifications
• Experience operating Besi Datacon Pick&Place, Palomar Wire Bonder, Nordson Asymtek, or LPKF Excise machines (preferred)
