Manufacturing Engineer II

Boston Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support lithium battery production line for pulse generators. The role requires leading initiatives for daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment and driving production goals. The individual will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, troubleshoot, and implement manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, industrial, biomedical, or chemical engineering)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in an engineering related field
• Proven understanding of manufacturing problem solving, data analysis, and production flow tools (i.e. LEAN manufacturing)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop and present ideas via visual communication methods
