Manufacturing Technician II - 2nd Shift

Manufacturing Technician II position at Boston Scientific, responsible for troubleshooting and solving equipment and process problems, performing equipment setup and maintenance, and supporting manufacturing engineers in value improvement projects.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Proven reliability with a strong attendance record and consistent work ethic
• Proactive communicator and team player who seeks opportunities to improve processes and resolve issues collaboratively
• Previous technical line support experience in the high-volume Medical Device manufacturing
• Previous experiences in working with Manufacturing Automation
• Familiar with PLC wiring and control troubleshooting
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve high-level equipment and process issues
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; able to guide junior technicians and influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ownership of equipment reliability, performance, and long-term corrective actions
