Program Principal Magellan GSC Planning

We are seeking a strategic change leader with deep program management experience and a passion for continuous improvement, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to lead the global Magellan program as the Program Principal GSC Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in technical, operational, or professional roles within the medical device or healthcare industry
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a PMO or complex program management role
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale change or transformation programs, ideally in a systems or technology environment in a complex matrixed environment
