The Security Manager will develop and implement an effective global security strategy and program to mitigate risk and safeguard the organization's human assets, intellectual property, integrity, reputation, and physical assets.
Requirements
- Develop, manage and maintain the Global Security Access Control System
- Work with Global and local teams on overall security system strategies
- Perform security related assessments, technical and physical, of BSC’s sites globally
- Project management of various security related projects and upgrades
- Development, implementation of a custom incident report system and investigations database
- Conduct regular analysis and make recommendations on all security program efficiencies
- Conduct security awareness training throughout the corporation
- Develop a global security policy including standards, guidelines and procedures
- Develop a business continuity plan designed from the local level through the executive level
- Develop corporate policies and procedures which educate and support BSC employees as it pertains to security issues
