Senior Project Manager, Packaging and Labeling

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level packaging and labeling initiatives with a strong emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and cross-divisional integrations. The role requires experience in medical device packaging, labeling, or regulatory operations, as well as leadership experience in complex, cross-functional projects. The successful candidate will partner with various teams to deliver harmonized solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in medical device packaging, labeling or regulatory operations
• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or large-scale business integrations
• Specialized and comprehensive technical knowledge within medical device labeling and packaging functions
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, typically one to three trips per year
