As a Territory Executive – Urology, you will drive sales revenue, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. You will also develop and execute quarterly business plans, demonstrate clinical excellence, and stay current on Boston Scientific products and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record of sales success
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High initiative and creativity; ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel 1–2 overnights per week
