DBA(Oracle or SQL)

Boston Technology Corporation (BTC) is seeking a DBA (Oracle or SQL) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in managing support for large ECM systems based on FileNet technologies.

Requirements

• Proven Technical Leadership
• Bachelor’s degree with preferably computer science background
• 10 years of IT experience
• At least 5 years in managing support for large ECM system based on FileNet technologies with strong infrastructure background
• Makes sound decisions, motivates and engages
• Builds and executes realistic plans to resolve chronic production problems
• Shows drive, initiative, and adaptability
• A passion for collaborating across Business and Technology Environments
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
