They are looking for a Quality Control Technician to ensure their products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves monitoring high-speed bottling operations, enforcing cGMP compliance, and maintaining real-time quality control.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or technical certification (food science, biology, or related) preferred
- 1–3+ years in quality control within food, beverage, or cGMP manufacturing
- Experience in high-speed production environments strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and real-time decision making
- Working knowledge of cGMP, food safety, and quality systems
- Comfortable with data recording, batch documentation, and audits
- Ability to identify issues quickly and escalate appropriately
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
