Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
- Minimum 5 years landscaping experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, horticulture or other related field, or 4 years of customer service experience in the horticulture industry
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that allows the employee to be covered by the company's insurance company
