Requirements
- Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Revenue: Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic renewals.
- Tier Expansion: Focus on supporting the expansion of Botpress accounts to higher-tier plans to increase our ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) footprint.
- Contract Conversion: Proactively identify customers on month-to-month 'Pay-As-You-Go' plans and close them on committed annual plans.
- Cloud Migration: Execute strategies to migrate the maximum amount of ARR to the Botpress cloud.
- Relationship & Pipeline Management
- Trusted Advisor: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring they view Botpress as a critical partner in their AI strategy.
- Pipeline Mastery: Forecast, report, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently in our CRM (Hubspot).
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to provide consultative value to clients regarding Generative AI and automation.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales-focused account management or B2B sales (experience in SaaS, PaaS, or tech-enabled services is required).
- Track Record: A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Agility: The ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Business Acumen: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
