The role involves processing monthly payroll, providing expert advice and guidance, and implementing process improvements to modernize the function, creating greater efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll related matters
- Multi-national payroll experience
- Excellent knowledge of payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, preferably Ceridian
- Experience working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong experience reconciling and auditing data
- Ability to produce, manipulate and interpret high volumes of complex data
- Strong knowledge of tax and pensions
- Adherence to Data Privacy Laws
- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent collaborator and communication skills
