Financial Due Diligence Manager

We are seeking a talented Financial Due Diligence Manager to join our Business Transaction Group. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience and 4+ years of related due diligence experience, with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of an engagement
• Develop/Review detailed reports and perform complex analyses
• Advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions
• Possess the ability to review and provide feedback regarding project reports
• Train in less experienced staff
• Evaluate and resolve complex technical accounting issues
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
• Play an integral role in developing relationships with current and prospective clients
• Ensure that “best practices” are developed and used within the Transaction Group
